- PPenelopeVIPDevon •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoCôte Brasserie in Exeter always surpasses my expectations. The service is consistently excellent, and the waiting staff are highly professional and attentive. Today, however, there was a very unpleasant incident involving an extremely unruly group of diners. They were shockingly aggressive towards the staff — behaviour that was not only unnecessary but deeply embarrassing for both the staff and fellow diners. Their rudeness was entirely unprovoked, and it reached a point where other guests began to voice that the group should be asked to leave. In the midst of this, I want to especially commend Julita. Her calmness, grace, and professionalism in handling such a difficult situation were truly admirable. She is a real credit to Côte Brasserie and an asset to the team. It’s a real shame that staff have to endure behaviour like that from ignorant and disrespectful individuals. I hope they are never allowed to return.More infoCôte Brasserie - ExeterPrice: Moderate• French• Exeter•4.6
