   We celebrated New Years Eve here after having been multiple times before for lunch, dinner, and brunch. Always great food and fun new cocktails to try, the staff is super attentive, and you can't beat the atmosphere. Whether it's a Wednesday, a weekend, or a special occasion, this place should be a "must" on your list of places to try.

   Worst restaurant experience of my life. Prix Fix menu for $75/person and absolutely no accommodation for any dietary restrictions. 8:45 dinner reservations meant we were seated by 9:40, and didn't receive any food until 10:20. The second course was served before our first and we had to forego the rest of our meal because the delay was causing us to miss the expensive hotel NYE party we were attending. It ruined the group's New Year's Eve, I hope this place closes very soon to make room for a restaurant worthy of the location.

   The restaurant was understaffed, and we waited 30 min to be seated and an additional 90 min without receiving any food. We eventually left after two+ hours due to the poor service, with no explanation as to the extreme delay. Similar experiences were occurring at the tables around us, with many unhappy customers.

   This was a terrible experience. We were not told when we made the reservation that it was to be a prefixed menu. I was a five course dinner. The third course was brought out THREE times, followed by dessert before our main course was brought out. When the main course was finally brought out, they had it wrong, served lobster to a dinner mate with a deadly shellfish allergy. It was corrected and he was served the wrong course again. Another dinner mate was served a third or the portion as the rest of the table and was served mainly inedible gristle. Everything was lukewarm at best if not downright cold. Two tables near us also got up and left mid dinner. In fairness, they competed our meal and the only thing we paid for was our alcohol. A horrible experience over all and I will never return to this restaurant.

   The restaurant itself was nice and the food was delicious! However the service was unacceptable. We sat at our table for 20 minutes before anyone helped us. They apologized for the service delay and were very nice but it continued throughout our entire meal. This restaurant would have received 5 stars from me had it not been for the horrible service.

   I don't think they will be in business much longer. We been here on two separate occasions and both times same issues. Slow service Portions are too small Prices too high We have been to many great restaurants and this place could be one as well. If they can improve on service and getting food out quicker, increase the portions to normal size, they don't have to be so huge that you have leftovers, but something larger than a very small appetizer size for your main entrée would be sufficient. Back your prices down to match what you are delivering. The positive is the restaurant Decour and location in Larimer Square. The name is a little Misleading as well. Until we looked it up we thought it was just a coffee shop or something along that line.

   The food was excellent, but service was slow. Went on New Years Eve not realizing it was Prix Fixe menu that evening. We were early at 5 p.m. and not many people in restaurant at that time. Despite telling server we had a show to go to, it was 35 minutes before the first course was served and there was a lag between other courses as well. Staff were courteous. May try it again with their regular menu, but most likely not prior to having to go to a show.

   2 out of 4 cocktails were incorrect. Salad had a different cheese than that on menu. Fish entree undercooked and service was inexcusably slow, even after we said we needed to be out for a 7:30 show. We have enjoyed your restaurant in the past, but I think this visit will be our last one.

    There were only 3 tables of people and we received horrible service. Took 15 minutes to just get our drink order taken. We got there at 12:30 and weren't served our meal until 1:35. The salmon was over cooked, the food was cold. My steak came with 5 French fries. The cost of the food was very high compared to the serving size and quality of the food. I would not recommend this restaurant due to our overall experience.
