Disappointing! The calamari, which I have loved in the past, was hard and chewy. Could barely get it down. The crab cakes were small with lots of filler and very little crab, if any.

The food is great, especially the soups, as is the service. It is quiet, especially tables in the bar, or outside. The prices has edged up as they have most places. We have been eating there since it opened.

We had guests join us. They were impressed with the food and service. In my opinion their Reuben sandwich is the best in Santa Fe as is their chicken taquito appetizer.

Midtown is one of our favorite places to dine in Santa Fe. The food and service were both very good. Their Reuben sandwich has to be one of the best sandwiches in town. A pleasant experience as always.

Food was fine. Problem was, three of our party ordered the pasta of the day. Priced as "price varies." In most restaurants, pasta options tend to be some of the least expensive menu items. So we were quite surprised when presented with the bill and saw that the pasta was $48 each. Priced right up there with the most expensive steak items on the menu. When asked if this was correct, the server informed us, "Yes - we don't provide the price unless asked." Well, I can see why! Seemed a little shady, intentional or not.

Midtown Bistro is one of my favorite Santa Fe restaurants. The food is reliably good, the restaurant is beautiful, and the staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Check out the soup and the calamari!

The service was gracious, we were not hurried, the employees seemed happy and were polite to us and each other. The food was surprisingly delicious, with varied options for vegetarians, pescatarians, carnivores and others who have special needs. We were able to hear each other because the musics was in the background. We plan to go again in a few months.

What a great find! Visiting from Albuquerque and didn't want Mexican food or a tourist trap. The food was excellent, service was great, restaurant was busy but not too noisy. Outdoor area is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Only complaint was that when my husband asked if there was garlic in the gravy, the waitress said no but failed to mention that the mashed potatoes did have garlic, so he did not enjoy his plate. Otherwise good food and pleasant environment.

EVENT: Dave N’s Birthday 🥳 Service impeccable, meals ordered were prepared well and each were wonderful. Early seating as table available before reservation time. Wine suggestion from waiter was perfect. Jasper Von Shepherd’s (Medical Assist Service Dog) entry was treated with the utmost of respect! The staff were very kind to him and they followed ADA protocol to the letter. It made Jasper’s evening! Thank you Midtown Bistro for a quiet relaxing evening!
