Love this place and the entire experience.
Matsuhisa was amazing. The spicy tuna crispy rice was unreal definitely recommend.
First time back in the restaurant since COVID lockdown earlier this year. As a regular very nice to see the quality and service remain second to none. Sad to see our friend Yuki the GM having moved on, but having now met his replacement, Brian all set and will be back on a frequent basis as before. A small sense of the new normal in our neighborhood.
Phenomenal! Amazing flavors and Billy was fantastic
Tremendous food and service. Impeccable quality. Jordan was my server. He was simply exemplary. I'll be back.
The best food and staff hands down! We love this place.
We've been to Matsuhisa twice since the Pandemic and really enjoyed it both times. They have done a great job maintaining a great atmosphere and high-quality food despite all restrictions.
Best Sushi in Denver. Innovative flavorful and so delicious.
Loved it! Gre
We had a great dinner at Matsuhisa as always. The COVID protocol is top notch - this is one of the only restaurants that I feel safe in. I appreciate the lengths you've gone to make sure everyone is safe. The food was spectacular! I'm still dreaming of the wasabi salsa special we had. We'll definitely be back!
Such a delicious evening. Felt very safe and greatly enjoyed treating ourselves to a date night. The jalapeno salsa scallop was divine as was the tempura Alaskan king crap leg with miso butter.
Service started off unattentive. After I pointed it out it improved.
The smoke flavor on the Toro was overwhelming and drowned out the ginger relish. It was not pleasant at $46
Awesome food and great service!!! We will be back.
Phenomenal food! Our favorite restaurant in Denver by far.
Had a great meal!
Great service, the girlfriend lived it!
So it worked.
Very disappointed in the service for the level of dining Matsuhisa should be providing.
Nick was amazing at selecting the perfect anniversary dinner!
Our meal was Excellent!
The server was Excellent!
I will be back.
Try their signature drink.
Nick was wonderful and we had a great time coursed through our experience. The black cod was heavenly as promised, don’t overlook the lamb chops. We also absolutely loved the Hamachi.
Great food and excellent service!
If you're looking for a restaurant to celebrate a special occasion, this is it. The service was outstanding and the food sublime. Inventive cocktails and an extensive wine list. I highly recommend the omakase menu but doubt that you would go wrong ordering anything on the menu!
Really good food. Nobu doesn’t disappoint! Especially liked the “deconstructed” spicy tuna with crispy rice. Only thing was our waiter, who was very nice and helpful, forgot two of the items we ordered. Otherwise, delicious!
Best sushi in Denver no question
Great anniversary dinner
Nick and all the staff were amazing! The service could not have been better. The food and drinks were incredible. It was our first time, but won’t be our last!
Great service, food and atmosphere. Knowledgeable sommelier!
Always love this place!
Birthday party evening: pleasant atmosphere, efficient service, fine and excellent dishes.
Had the dessert bento boxes, which arrived with a little birthday candle, nice touch!
A nearby table a little noisy ... but it just depends on who is present.
If you want amazing sushi with stellar sake then go here. Get ready to spend your paycheck but don't worry...it is worth every penny. Even post covid this place has maintained an elegant atmosphere while still keeping you safely distanced from other guests.
Anniversary dinner and it was excellent
I had high expectations going in. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not meet them. The food was good, but overpriced. Sushi Den’s quality is far superior. The service was awful. We ordered omakase and after sitting for an hour had been served 2 pieces of sashimi. The waiter apologized for ignoring us for so long, saying he was getting yelled at by other customers (I wonder why).
It was a great food experience. Every dish was a masterpiece Very friendly and accommodating staff. We did not like soup and they exchange for different kind without any problems. I would recommend this place to anybody
It’s expensive but you get what you pay for. Everything we had was excellent! Spicy lobster, Wagyu beef, deconstructed spicy tuna, tempura lobster and shrimp, hearts of palm salad, shrimp and lobster rolls were all 10/10.
Amazing Omakase meal and the wine was exceptional!
Fantastic experience as always! Always great food and service!
