Il Capriccio serves a constantly changing Northern Italian menu featuring local products with an award winning Italian wine and Grappa list. Though long considered a local secret, Il Capriccio has been the number one Northern Italian restaurant in Zagat's for the past seven years. The wine list has been featured in Decanter, Sante, Wine & Spirits and Stuff. The same menu is served in the Bar. We like to serve great food and great wine in a comfortable setting. For peace of mind in Covid time, our three brand new, state-of-the art, Mitsubishi air handlers employ MERV Level 13 filtration, just one step down from an operating theatre. We also have a patio for al fresco dining, reservable by phone only, weather dependent.

    Dante and his team are the new-kids on Moody Street, Waltham but old pros in the Boston area. Dante has been cooking in his home town of Abruzzo since 1979. His passion for cooking grew as explored the all the flavors and recipes of the Adriatic Sea which surrounded him. GUSTAZO is one of the very few authentic Cuban restaurants in the Boston area. Located at 240 Moody street, it offers traditional Cuban cuisine in a modern and inventive way. The ambiance is reminiscent of Spanish colonial architecture, with hand painted tiles, wall to wall pictures of old Havana and Spanish filigree motives.
Signature dishes include Slow Roasted Pork, Enchilado de Mariscos, Empanadas, Camarones al Ajillo and the luxurious Cuban flan.
