Dante and his team are the new-kids on Moody Street, Waltham but old pros in the Boston area. Dante has been cooking in his home town of Abruzzo since 1979. His passion for cooking grew as explored the all the flavors and recipes of the Adriatic Sea which surrounded him. We are excited to bring our skills to Waltham where we welcome old friends and invite new ones to Vinotta Restaurant.

Vinotta Restaurant serves simple food made with fresh, wholesome, organic ingredients using locally sourced vendors. Flowing between classic and modern Italian favorites all made from scratch and sure to suit your palate. Domestic and imported wine selections to compliment food choices available for in-house and take out dining.

Attentive and friendly greeting and wait staff. Lovely decor, particularly liked the high-back booth seats that provided a lot of privacy. Food was delicious and served piping hot. Will definitely return.

The restaurant was very accommodating, particularly as we had a larger group with a few people with allergies. The staff was very friendly and helpful and It was the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. The food was delicious! We were there on the earlier side of the evening , but the noise level was fine and we could carry on conversations among our two tables. We will definitely be back!

This restaurant is amazing!!! This is the third time we've had dinner here. The food is amazing, the service is outstanding here. Our waiter Ronald B is probably one of the best he knows the specials and always has great suggestions! We will be back again and again. To the Chef, the Veal was melt in your mouth cooked to perfection. BRAVO!!

As always, some dishes are great and some are well prepared but mediocre. There were 4 of us and are bill was substantial. We were enjoying conversation and finishing our drinks and politely asked to leave. We had not even been at the table 2 hours. Food came too fast. Disappointing for the prices.

Great menu and everything we ordered did not disappoint. There were 4 of us. We had an array of appetizers - eggplant, bruschetta & tuna crudo. For mains - a halibut special, pasta and seafood special and the veal pizzaioli. All delicious.The service was excellent and atmosphere, a very good vibe. It can get a little loud at times. Can’t wait to go back.

Please note there is no parking ON Moody Street.There are municipal lots on Walnut, Crescent, and Spruce Streets. Plan extra time for parking, especially on the weekends.
