LOS CHINGONES, is Chef Owner Troy Guard’s Mexican concept. The space features a 90- seat rooftop bar and open main floor dining room, serving bold, flavorful, Guard-style twists on tapas style Mexican favorites. Los Chingones serves serves dinner Monday through Wednesday and lunch and dinner Thursday through Sunday.

Was a little weird at first. All the menus are accessible from your phone. Social distancing at it best. Place is usually packed but there was no on to my left or right. Botha are all spaced and the sitting outside was the same. The good. Food was amazing. Had a rosé and milagro magdrit

Usually love this place. Great service. Great margaritas but not sure what happened to the tacos. Tortillas tasted store bought and the fixin’s just didn’t seem fresh or flavorful. Will try again because we have had so many good experiences here but something was off in the kitchen.

I have been to a lot of local places that offer similar cuisine, and it resembled similar offerings in price. However, for the expense of the meal I would have rather gone to another location for a better value. The drinks were ok, but they didn't have any options for people who didn't like pop rocks or Fanta in their margaritas. I had high hopes for it, but nothing too amazing. I probably won't return unless to bring a big group in the summer for the patio!

Overall the food is outstanding, by far the best of Denver. The tacos, salsa chips, drinks are all dynamite as well as the TAMAL. The staff is very appreciative of your business. I love that the chef is not afraid to use spice. Its a great resturant for foodies.

I loved the fish taco! we also tried a few salsas, the chipotle pineapple salsa was the best :) our server seemed to be the only one upstairs so it took a little bit to get drinks but overall it was a great dinner!
