Such as offering one menu to reduce our food consumption and waste, reducing our plastic usage, using natural wines, British where possible and reducing the amount of meat and fish we offer from responsible sustainable suppliers.We have made these changes and more to be more sustainable and responsible but without impacting on the quality of our final product and your overall dining experience.
