L'atmosphère chaleureuse vous embrasse et vous installe dans une expérience culinaire que de nombreux épicuriens cherchent mais on de la difficulté à trouver. Autant les couples que les grands groupes bénéficient d'un service et d'une ambiance imprenable. Le décor du restaurant se compose de tons chauds de la Méditerranée appliqués dans les quatre salles à manger séparées mais toutefois en harmonie les unes avec les autres. La propriétaire et chef, Lisa Dahl, a conçu le restaurant avec des portes du vieux monde, un éclairage tamisé, des fenêtres à volants, des touches de fer forgé, 4 foyers, 2 fontaines et 2 terrasses magnifiques. Le grand bar en forme de L est dynamique, subtilement illuminé et sert une liste de vins et de cocktails raffinés, tandis que la cuisine crée le son d'ambiance. Lorsque vous mangez au Cucina Rustica le monde est à un million de km de vous.
