French Bistro es un restaurant al cual seguiré yendo y recomendando por su buena calidad y muy bien elaborada la comida, el servicio de la única camarera q tienen es insuperable, es una chica muy diligente y agradable complaciendo al cliente, Melina la anfitriona siempre pendiente q todo esté en función de q el cliente se sienta satisfecho y complacido. Los canelones q hacen son los mejores q hemos comido en Miami, mis padres y yo vamos especialmente por ellos. Altamente recomendamos a French Bistro y su excelente staff!!!

Buena atención. Buena comida. Pero la música estaba demasiado fuerte. Y a medida que avanzaba la noche la subían cada vez más.
El restaurante y salón Juvia tiene casi 1.000 m² de zonas cubiertas y exteriores y se encuentra en el ático del aparcamiento 1111 Lincoln Road, que fue diseñado por la firma arquitectónica Herzog & de Meuron. Los propietarios y gerentes son Jonas y Alexandra Millan, los fundadores del restaurante Bonito St. Barth. La zona de comedor de Juvia cuenta con un jardín vertical que representa la exuberante selva tropical de Amazonia, diseñado por Patrick Blanc, un botánico de renombre internacional. Los chefs son Laurent Cantineaux, protegido de Daniel Boulud, Sunny Oh, anteriormente el genio culinario del Nobu South Beach y el chef de repostería Gregory Gourreau, que ha trabajado con Alain Ducasse y Francois Payard. El trío presenta una mezcla armoniosa de los sabores asiáticos, la comida vibrante de América del Sur y las técnicas clásicas francesas. El resultado es ceviches, tiraditos, pescado fresco y carnes de primera calidad.
