I had been to PCG many times in the past and was happy to see it’s still open and doing great. The food is as great as I remember as is the service. It’s a casual yet very nice restaurant I don’t live close by but it’s worth the drive across town, from Peoria. I will be back.

Our party of five dined at Ellie’s last night to celebrate a birthday. Our server, Brock, was friendly and efficient despite how busy the restaurant was. All of our starters were delicious- we ordered salads, calamari and ahi tuna. Our entrees were all phenomenal! We ordered osso bucco, the filet mignon, halibut and short ribs, and all were seasoned to perfection. We loved our desserts as well. Ellie’s offers a nice variety, and there’s something for everyone on the menu. I appreciate that Ellie’s accommodates my food allergies. Overall, a 10/10 for all five of us!

The DJ played some old school 80's hip-hop, some that I haven't heard in a long time. We had great service. The food was very good too. We especially liked the asparagus chicken, but all dishes were well seasoned and tasty. There were two negative things to note, but these did not ruin our experience at all. 1. The mixed vegetable dish had sausage in it. We should have read the description more carefully. We asked the waiter if he recommended the mixed veg or green beans and we just rolled with his recommendation. It was listed in the vegetable section so we didn’t anticipate a meat in it. 2. The tea was not a Chinese tea. We enjoy a lot of tea with Chinese food. The tea was Twinings brand tea. It wasn’t a good match to the meal. Everything else was great. The restaurant is cute and comfortable. The service was great. We ordered a ton of food since we had our two teens with us, and we ate every bite. If we have cause to return to the casino in the future, we’d likely dine there again.

There was a game room downstairs, which was a nice touch (although we did not go down there ourselves). The environment is best suited for casual and family outings. It was a bit noisy, and the tables very casual/cafeteria-esque. There was a cute outdoor fireplace and eating area which would make this a fun place to dine in the summer months!

Friendly wait staff. Very quiet at 8:00. Pleasant atmosphere. Delicious (rich) food. No extra veggies etc, so more expensive for corner-of-shopping-mall dining, but the experience is much nicer also. They could offer a bit more (better wine selection, a few roasted veggies with main item, less table cleaning after 8:30), but this really is a local place and caters to a group of hard-core fans recalling better days. Good enough to return!

First visit to this interesting Mexican restaurant that has some very good dishes. I liked the chicken mole enchiladas that I had for dinner. They were a little spicy, but tasty. My wife liked her cheese enchiladas that were not spicy at all. There are four types of mole offered that range from not spicy to spicy. Nice atmosphere, too.

Decided to mix it up a little and give this place a try. Overall it was a fun time! Cool vibe and good music. The food and drink were great. Our server didn’t impress us. When asked if we could just keep the burger for the table that needed to be remade since it was not prepared as requested we were told that they’d have to charge us for it. Made no sense as it was headed for the trash can. Asked for water several times before getting any, etc.
