Ate outside with a wonderful view of the canal and boats. Our waiter, Mike, was top-notch! Each of us ordered something different and each of us was very pleased with our food. Don't forget to order a loaf of Bimini bread to share. It's a classic. Definitely a place to return to!

Cade is a top notch server and was so kind to our family of 4 (two young kids). Cute tent in the back where our 5 year old found a friend and played after his meal. My husband and I haven’t had a meal this one is a LONG time. Everything from the host stand, assistant server, Cade our server was top notch. Not a single hiccup during our experience which we feel like is hard to find nowadays. We live in Florida but will be visiting their sister restaurants and visiting again when we come back to Carlsbad!

Hands down the ambiance is fantastic. How could it not be?! The service was great. But, the food again is not my favorite. Why is a Mexican restaurant serving Waygu burgers? IMO I think there should be more entree options. Traditional done extremely well and new stuff specific to this restaurant. I felt restricted. And then disappointed when the Cesar salad was wilty with overdone salmon.

We had an outstanding evening at Poseidon. My family was there for a birthday celebration. We started with the perfect wine and appetizers with the help of our server, Luis.
