Materie prime di ottima qualità preparate in modo eccellente. Fantasia e passione si possono vedere e toccare con mano almeno nei tre piatti che ho ordinato ( orecchie di maiale croccanti, pollo alla lemongrass e come dolce il profitterol ). Avesse una stella Michelin sarebbe tutta meritata. ….. ma se dovesse arrivare spero che non cedano alla tentazione di aumentare i prezzi già abbondantemente proporzionati !
