Love everything. Modern French made perfect. Pacing of food was great. Will visit again.

In 1993, Toqué! opened featuring local produce: a showcase for Quebec's terroir and its suppliers. The ongoing contributions of these artisans is no less important today. We have them to thank for foie gras de canard or salicornia; lamb of heirloom vegetables; seafood or fine herbs. These tireless farmers, foragers and fishermen inspire Toqué!'s cuisine, on which they bestow tastes, textures and natural aromas and unparalleled freshness.

Service was impeccable and it is a true fine dining experience. The dishes were works of art. Some of the flavor combinations worked better than others but all the dishes were unique and something you wouldn’t likely have had before. I would definitely recommend as an innovative fine dining experience.
