Legendary chef Daniel Boulud created his namesake Maison Boulud to reinterpret French classics. At his downtown Montreal restaurant, artisanal Quebecois products and local ingredients are used to craft modern dishes. The fine dining setting includes a cozy main dining room with a fireplace and a view of the open kitchen, a year-round greenhouse overlooking the Ritz-Carlton garden, an inviting bar, private dinings and two Summer terraces.

So awesome we canceled our reservation for the next night so we could come back! They were very accommodating for a lactose free guest and the food was spectacular. An amazing sommelier (Stephanie). Try the duck - outstanding!

In 1993, Toqué! opened featuring local produce: a showcase for Quebec's terroir and its suppliers. The ongoing contributions of these artisans is no less important today. We have them to thank for foie gras de canard or salicornia; lamb of heirloom vegetables; seafood or fine herbs. These tireless farmers, foragers and fishermen inspire Toqué!'s cuisine, on which they bestow tastes, textures and natural aromas and unparalleled freshness.

We had wine pairing with the tasting menu. It came with surprise with every single dishes and pairing. I will come back and see what is the tasting menu next time!

Amazing experience. We came for my girlfriend’s birthday and had 2 vegan tastings that were incredible. We didn’t feel at all like we payed for a loss of no meat or dairy and was overall very impressed with the menu and creativity. One of the best experiences we’ve had when going to a non vegan restaurant. Our service was also incredible, our server Alysse was just wonderful! super personable to talk to, comfortable and very friendly! She made the experience all that much better, and was very descriptive of each dish. You can tell there is a lot of knowledge taught/ communication between the front of house and back of house. Our tasting took a total of 4 hours and we never felt like we were forgotten or not taken care of to the full extent right till the end. We will definitely be back when we are in Montreal. This is a must to go to and just overall a welcoming exciting experience. Much appreciation to all the staff, especially the Chef who took the time to create it all for us. Thank you
