I highly recommend Black Chef's Table events to anyone. The food was delicious and guest chefs Shannen and Stacy were very creative with the flavors and theme. The curried lamb was so good I want to hire Chef Shannen to give me an at home tutorial on how to prepare it! We definitely will be at future BCT events!

Most of us really enjoyed biscuits as well as entrees, except the crab nachos were a bit short on crab. Maybe if you charged a little more, since crab is so expensive, it would be better. Otherwise, we will return.

We went to the Turkey Leg Hut on a Sunday I’m not sure if they do this everyday or I’m Sundays, but it was so many bikers and bike clubs out there I had fun like it was such a vibe!!! Music was good the food was good and everyone was a vibe. Not a fan of Turkey legs I had a terrible experience years back in my hometown but I wanted to try this place just because it’s Houston and so many people had a lot to say about this place the food alone looked so good when they would post on Social media but I’m glad I was able to enjoy it. Will be back if I ever visit again

This was our second visit, having lived their churrascos (properly cooked to Medium) on the first visit. On this second visit: 1. Two of our three orders of churrascos were significantly undercooked. 2. The side salad with Caesar’s dressing should be removed from the menu. Pitiful. Do a Caesar or don’t offer Caesar dressing. 3. The service was at best average. Had to ask for S&P shakers (they were on all the other tables. Slow service on second glass of wine. Came too late in the visit. All of this was not a consequence of the dining room being busy. It was a slow night; the staff had time on their hands. The menu here is vast and worth exploring for its international breadth, so we’ll likely return; but won’t be recommending this to friends until we see a more consistent quality of dining.
