Today I came with two friends to celebrate a birthday. Our server took excellent care of us during this happy experience. The food was fresh and full of flavor. We always have a wonderful time at Barcha.

We treated ourselves to a delicious steak dinner. The salad and sides were unique and outstanding. The steak was cooked to perfection. Our server was attentive and on top of everything. Highly recommended.

Stark's Steakhouse in Santa Rosa, California, is an upscale eatery that takes a modern approach to sustainable seafood and steak. The in-house dry aged meat is served a la carte and guests can also enjoy an extensive menu of international and local wine, creative cocktails and more than 60 whiskeys.

Try the Stark's Steakhouse special roasted bone marrow starter served with truffle honey and sea salt before enjoying a steak with toppers like truffle fried egg, mushroom and onions or blue cheese butter. We have engaged in extensive negotiations with our landlord in an attempt to renew our lease. These discussions have been exhaustive and have ultimately left us with no other viable option but to close our doors.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to our dedicated staff, whose hard work and commitment have been the backbone of our restaurant. We also want to thank our loyal customers, without whom this venture would not have been possible.
