Por favor, comprenda que aunque nos esforzamos por servir comida y bebida de prestigio, somos todavía un pequeño restaurante familiar independiente. No hay falsas impresiones aquí. Solo comida desde el corazón. El espacio es limitado y el personal es pequeño. Aquí se cree que se tiene la capacidad y los recursos para hacer que todos los clientes estén contentos mientras cenan en nuestra "casa" (tal como lo vemos). Parachute puede ser ruidoso cuando está lleno, pero que esto se suma a la atmósfera familiar que se ofrece. El Parachute siempre está dispuesto y se nota en el espíritu del restaurante.
