The potatoes was as hard as a rock. They were like a hockey puck. The corn was cold. The prime rib was cold. The salad was hot. I’ve been eating it for over 50 years and I have never had a worse experience or a worse meal whatever they have changed, they need to go back to the way it was. discuss what .it’s already over with nobody addressed at the point of concern. very disheartening, but a staple of California on icon in the city of Los Angeles what has happened to it? as someone once said talk is cheap and action speak louder than words. I was already there. It was brought to everybody’s attention and we know what the actions was nothing . very disheartening

I had a wonderful experience especially with it being my first time! Michael was incredibly helpful and gave my sister and me the best story time about the history of Lawry’s. And don’t even get me started on the spinning salad it was absolutely delicious! The next time you go, be sure to ask for Michael!

There was a big party next to us. They were very loud. Persons where standing next to our table conversing with the people our entire dinner. The Girls in that party looked like they were in their bra and booty shorts. Never have I seen people dressed like that at a fine dining restaurant

It was my husbands 74th birthday. We had poor customer service. It was clear we were ignored. It took 20 minutes to get our beverages, it took an additional 20 minutes to get a straw. The two women servers were not attentive, my food was cold and I am unsure if I will ever return. The cost of that meal was $200. The size of my Prime Rib was smaller than its ever been. As I order my food the waitress was condescending when I made a mistake with my order as though I've never dine there before. I have been dining at Lawry's for over 18years. We go just because, we don't need a special occasion to dine there it WAS our go to spot but I can't say that now. I cannot express how irritated I was to see and hear both waitresses flaunt around smiling and serving the other tables but ours. HORRIBLE experience and customer service. Not one but both serves were lousy. One of our servers asked if I were his girlfriend, I said I am his wife. She replied by saying we get a lot of that, men with girlfriends. My husband is 15 years my elder however I am in my very late 50's. How rude!

Food was beyond my expectations, everything was so delicious and beautifully served. Great service, didn’t bother us, but also on time to assist. Definitely will come back soon.

The food portion is huge. So for people coming from Southeast asian people, we shared the main course for 2. Hence leaving enough room for the appetizer like baked potato and dessert (chocolate cake). I mean this restaurant food is so good that you have to try as much variety of food as possible. This could be done by sharing.
