Michael / Javier / Roberto were awesome. The amount of attention was perfect. Not too much as to break our table conversation but not lacking. Whenever our wine glass was in need of a refill one of them was always there.

We were able to spend a wonderful anniversary in a family-friendly atmosphere with warm hospitality. We had such a great time that we'd love to visit again with our parents. In particular, Michael's service was very warm and touching.

The food was amazing, but the service was even better! Our servers Patricia and Lauren were extremely sweet and attentive! We went to celebrate being recently married and they added some very nice touches & went above and beyond! The prime rib was very tender & delicious! All of the sides were such a hit as well! We will definitely be back!

The quality of food & services has been inconsistent at best during the pandemic. We’ve dine there for over 40 years, brought it to the attention of GM Peter. But today we had the luck of server-Karen, and she was super attentive and professional like the good old days! We’re happy!

We were at Lawry's three weeks ago and had a fabulous meal and experience. Our server was terrific, the carver served us hot, delicious cuts of prime rib and all the fixings and we gave it a 10+. We went again last night with my sister and it was underwhelming. We had long-time lady servers who were very nice. However, the main server spoke to us like we were in kindergarten and was "overly-gushy". I know she meant well, but she needed to take it down a couple of notches. Our prime rib was just okay, and the English Cuts were so thin we could almost see through them. Food wasn't as hot as it should have been, but we did not want to complain. I don't know if you serve different grades of meat on certain nights of the week, but last night's (Sunday) meat was not high quality or tender. I hope you can use my feedback to better your future guests.

Had a good time, everyone from the valet to the waiters are very well mannered and polite, food and drinks very good but took a very long time to arrive, seemed like they where focused on the bigger parties (we where 3) We had to pay $25.00 for each person in advance for the reservation and still not sure if or how that will be reimbursed.

The Lawry’s experience often seems hit or miss these days. While the prime rib is always terrific the rest of the experience is a crap shoot. Arrived a few minutes early for my 7 pm reservation for 4 and was seated at 7:25. Portion sizes on the Lawry cut were incredibly inconsistent ranging from way too small to appropriate. The server checked on us one time after the cart delivered the food. Yorkshire pudding dropped on the table with nothing to serve it with. It is sad as the experience seems to be less special on nearly every visit. Also had to flat down a manager to give my VIP number. If not for the fantastic prime rib we would stop coming here.

This one of our traditions going on for years. My mother had Nat King Cole sing her happy birthday. So our family has been going there forever. So I go every year on my birthday and last night was no exception. The food is the star of the show!
