We also have one hour free underground parking at the West Hollywood Gateway.Our 3500sq restaurant also has a 700sq dog friendly Patio.I need to talk about myself as I am the Chef and Owner.Birth name Robby Christie primarily live in small rule towns in NorCal. I actually started my journey in construction. In 2000 I made a huge life style changes and found the cooking professionally was my gift. I worked my way up the ranks and landed an Executive Chef job at Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys California "I had arrived".This was a wonderful experience. Just a couple of years later i found myself making an offer on a small restaurant in Murphys and they excepted my offer. That was the stepping stone to being a restaurateur. I did compete in many food competitions and food shows which I won each time. I have many items that will temp you palate but these are first in line, Carbonara, Ahi Bowl, Shrimp Curry.

In 2024, the original location of Petit Trois, on Highland Ave in Hollywood, celebrates 10 years as a beloved, can't miss part of LA's dining scene. Chef/Owner Ludo Lefebvre puts his spin on classic French flavors including the cult-favorite Big Mec burger, swimming in rich Bordelaise sauce, perfectly roasted Heritage chicken with compressed potatoes fried in clarified butter, a French Dip sandwich served with a version of the restaurant's onion soup for dipping, and lots more. Start with the restaurant's housemade baguette served with the creamiest French butter and pair it all with wine from the restaurant's thoughtfully curated list, which includes 16 by the glass options.
