Dining at Caprice Cafe is always a pleasure. The atmosphere is charming, looking out onto downtown Redlands, and our food has never been disappointing - well prepared, attractively served and delicious. Service is responsive, attentive and knowledgeable. Today it was the blue crab burger with a side salad. A scrumptious crab cake that was perfectly melt in your mouth, accompanied by a light balsamic dressed salad.

The service we received was exceptional. We had a young woman server who was friendly professional and attentive. We started by sharing the wedge salad with blue cheese and the blue cheese dressing was spot on rich and tangy. My friend had the NY strip and she said it was perfectly seasoned but the cut did have a bit of gristle in the cut which was surprising but she found it tasty nonetheless. I had the prime rib which was a generous cut medium rare. It was very good but looked to have been reheated rather than being a fresh cut off the roast. That being said, it was hot and very good. Overall a very enjoyable dinner and we will return to try some of the other menu offerings. Cheers!

Excellent service with great food options. I opted for the servers recommendation in pasta dish and was not disappointed. Will definitely return!

A selection of steak toppings made my experience even better. My guest highly recommends the beef stroganoff.

We had two wonderful and tender filet Mignons , with ceaser salad, and mashed potato and baked potato, also for desert we had crème brûlée which was absolutely decadent . Our waitress for this meal for the second time was Jeannette….. she is so pleasant and made our meal there magnificent. We would like to praise her for her outstanding service.
