We love OG steakhouse. However this time we had a few issues with our food. One of the prime ribs that we ordered medium well came out extremely rare. Our waitress was great, took it back and brought out a new prime rib. It looked better, but was still extremely rare/bloody. They did take it off the bill which was appreciated, just disappointed. We also love the fettuccine alfredo, but this time it tasted like a box of pasta roni, not even sure it was the Alfredo box. It didn’t taste bad, but wasn’t the usual delicious Alfredo. We will return, and hope everything is back to the usual taste and service.

Loved the attention not only from our own server but all staff. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The food was also outstanding! They also take in mind allergies one may have and s someone with allergies I was very happy about that service.

Came to this place because every other place had 0 reservations on a Saturday. SO HAPPY this was the case. My bf and I were SO surprised to see how amazing everything was. The food was authentic, well priced, and DELICIOUS. David was a fantastic waiter! He was kind, funny, and attentive. Will be coming here on all my Big Bear trips in the future!!

My husband and I made reservations for 5:00. When we arrived the place was packed however, we were taken to our table immediately. The service was outstanding. The food was delicious. So happy that our little town has such a gem!

We loved our recent dining experience at Caprice. The food is delicious with a good, appropriately broad menu. There is a nice atmosphere even with the indoor dining (which I had never done before). Despite reservations, it was still a few minutes before we were met by the host to be seated, but the service at our table was attentive and professional.
