Cielo Restaurant is truly a gem in Southern California’s fine dining scene. Located at the top of Morongo Casino, it offers more than just breathtaking views — it delivers an unforgettable dining experience every single time. I’ve visited several times over the years, and not once have I been disappointed. Whether it’s the perfectly cooked steaks, fresh seafood, delicious pasta, or flavorful sides, the food is consistently top-tier. On my most recent visit, I had the pork chop, and like everything else on the menu, it was absolutely amazing. The service at Cielo is in a league of its own. The staff work seamlessly as a team, making sure every guest feels valued and taken care of. I was served by Jared and Myles this time, and they were professional, attentive, and personable. I’ve also been fortunate to be served by Enrique on multiple occasions — and it always surprises me that he remembers me. As he said himself, he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it shows. He goes above and beyond to give guests a memorable experience. If you’re looking for an elegant, top-notch dining experience with exceptional service, Cielo should be at the top of your list. No one does it better

The music was incredible. Delaney and James were amazing. It’s nice to have a fun place to listen to live music and have great reasonably priced food and terrific service.

Fabulous food from the delicate, yet hardy clam chowder to the toffee pudding- every bite was delicious. Attentive and friendly service!
