Restaurants near Travelodge Barstow

We arrived early and got to enjoy the last half hour of Happy Hour, which we were not expecting. The cocktails were delicious and the bar man skilled and welcoming. We then went and sat in the main restaurant for food. We had eaten here previously and had had a good meal but this time we came for the much talked about Tuesday night Fish and Chips. We are from the Uk so our expectations were high….we were not disappointed and have to say they are the best fish and chips we have eaten in a very long time! Also the Bread and Butter pudding was delicious Our server was great, and attentive and there is no doubt we will be back.

Food was great! Squash soup and fresh halibut! Drinks were good too. Service was impeccable.

Great food. Great view. Special recognition for the manager Demi - he helped us quickly and amazingly. I shared with him that one of my children is very sensitive to noises and sound and we were seated in a noisy section. He listened and moved us without a second thought to the wine tasting room - where we dined in a much quieter ambiance. We also wanted to recognize our server Cayro - he was attentive and so knowledgeable even though we were in a far away part of the restaurant. The food was great - the salmon and risotto was divine. The carrot cake was the best I have ever had. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic dry aged ribeye! We got a tour of the distillery and got to see all the awesome barrels of aging liquors. Great service, great atmosphere. Highly recommend! And the fried green tomatoes were also lovely!
