Absolutely amazing. Service from the reception desk, to the waiter, to the servers to management, everybody involved just made the experience wonderful. Food was incredible. Hamburgers, bone in rib eye, lamb, calamari, shrimp cocktail, chop salad. All were above and beyond. Perfectly cooked and extremely flavorful. The red velvet cake and carrot cake were also perfect. Moist and tasty. Will be returning!!!

Parking is a nightmare. Nothing short of. People traveling the wrong way down the single aisle, tow signs in places they shouldn’t be. Whatever. As a local, I can say I’ve been but won’t be back. Service was great - no complaints there. This place may have been fine size wise in 1958 and for a few decades to follow, but in 2024 it’s ridiculously small. The booths are nice but extremely small whatever tables they have are taken with huge crowds. Which explains the limited availability when booking a reservation…that I made in November 2023 for last night!! All that aside, the steaks were on point and everything was cooked as asked. I found the sides lacking: mac & cheese was bland, whipped potatoes flavorless & twice baked potato while quite good, overly salty. The bananas foster prepared tableside was exciting to watch and really good. For $517 for 3 (one of our meals was the tomahawk) it wasn’t unreasonable again, as the steaks were well done. However I’ve had better meals that were just as good if not better at both Hanks & Echo & Rig and never had to fight for parking.

This is the best Italian restaurant in Vegas. There wasn’t any area lacking at this place. Server was awesome, food was awesome, wine was awesome, I don’t think anything could have been improved upon. The sourdough bread was one of the best bread loaves I’ve ever had. The chili oil salami, burrata, and the blue cheese, pecan, and grape spreads were delicious, but honestly the butter and olive oil mixture was perfection on the bread. When I come back, I will order a loaf with two plates of the butter because it is simply perfect. It is July of 2024 and the peaches dish was a seasonal plate that my wife and I ordered to share. It was basically a salad with chargrilled peaches and had amazing flavor mixtures throughout each bite. The peaches didn’t overwhelm with sweetness either, they complemented the other ingredients in the dish very well. The meatballs were ridiculously good! The red sauce was top tier, the pork to beef ratio was perfect, and the texture was extremely tender in relation to how hefty each meatball was. The pasta I ordered was a seasonal selection. It looked like the edges of lasagna, but I can’t remember how to pronounce the name of the pasta as it was Italian and I’m not well versed in pasta names. Regardless, it was made from scratch and you could taste the T.L.C. in each bite. There isn’t a ton of pasta in an order, but I believe it to be a perfect portion size considering the items consumed prior to eating the pasta. The red sauce in this pasta dish was slightly sweeter than the red sauce that is served with the meatballs. The flavor combination from the herbs mixed with the sauce and the texture of the homemade pasta were a home run. Lastly, the dessert we ordered was butterscotch bulini. It does not come served in a very large glass but you’ll wish it was when you try it. This is one of the best desserts we ever consumed, the chantilly cream was the worst part of this dish and it was outstanding. I would come back just for this dish.
