- MMelissaSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoImpeccable service! King crab legs wonderful and great value ! Cocktails superb and the mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts were delicious. we ordered the Kansas City strip dry aged and not a fan texture and flavor to gamey for me but the waiter did tell us that’s what dry aging does to beef, we never had that style and wanted to try it. Boyfriend liked it but not his favorite either. No reflection on Oscar’s just not our cup of tea. Also the surprise anniversary treat of 3 layer mouse dessert was so light but decadent a nice touch to special evening!More infoOscar's Steakhouse at the Plaza Hotel & CasinoPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Plaza•4.7

- JjoannavipWashington, D.C. Area •114 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHalloween dinner reservation. Was greeted pleasantly by the hostess and, after a brief wait, was escorted to one of the curved booths on the second tier. Atmosphere: Old school steakhouse but with some jarring modern fixtures. Plenty of red and gold and floral carpeting, which lent a saloon vibe but then the ceiling, at least in my area, was blah, with recessed lighting, and the wall between the bar and booths had plate glass windows. Music was so quiet as to be imperceptible. View out the window from my seat was OK. Food: Amazing and amazingly generous. A whole loaf of complimentary, deliciously crusty bread, with three types of salt, and an amuse-bouche of lime sorbet before the meal. Ordered the 7oz Rib Cap at medium-rare, and it was perfect. Plate came with snappy green beans. I substituted the included starch side for the $4 loaded baked potato, and it was a stuffed softball-sized monster. Also had a glass of $12 Bogle Twenty Acres cab; very decent pour. Service from Salvatore and Duke was nice and businesslike. Separately, would have liked a table scrape up of the bread and salt flakes between courses; had seen other tables receive that, and my tablecloth was a disaster by the time my main arrived. Value: Unbelievably fabulous.More infoTop of Binion's SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Binions•4.7
