My group had a fantastic time. Everything was on point from the tasting menu, the sushi, and the service. We even enjoyed a brief analysis of region and rice polishing based on the sake bottles we tried. Mizumi is on my short list of best restaurants ever and I hope the current slow season passes...
Beer is great but still not brewed locally (Burbank) since they are working on permits and operations. Lots of taps to fill. The food was good but it took a while to up - nobody in the restaurant any. And they didn’t seem to know they were on OpenTable?
Atmosphere and food were fantastic. We shared the oysters and my wife had the lobster risotto and it was the best Risotto I’ve ever had! I had the filet Mignon and it was excellent and perfectly cooked.
The ambience was delightful, the food was amazingly delicious and beautifully plated, and the service was above reproach and not only met all your needs but made you feel very comfortable.
