Sea Fire Grill This GREAT midtown east restaurant serves delicious steaks and seafood in lovely surroundings. Sea Fire Grill was such a truly wonderful dining experience that we returned the very next evening as well. The wedge and Caesar salads were fresh, tasty and perfectly dressed. The salmon was prepared exactly as requested and was fresh and well executed. The NY strip steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The French fries and creamed spinach were yummy side dishes. As satiated as we were (the cuisine was not only excellent, but the portions were huge), we also had scrumptious cheesecake for dessert. If the delectable food and upscale ambiance were not enough, the service was FANTASTIC as it was utterly warm, attentive and wholly professional. (Extra kudos to Manoel who elevated an already terrific dining experience). It is very rare that we go to the same restaurant on two consecutive evenings, but Sea Fire Grill was so great that we made an exception. We highly , highly recommend Sea Fire Grill!
