The El Dorado Kitchen on the square in downtown Sonoma for our second year in a row was Excellent. We had a wonderful table inside the large main dining room because it was 94 degrees that day, although the outside patio tables with large umbrellas looked enchanting. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and great service. The food was delicious. We had scallops and the brussel sprouts as appetizers -perfectly cooked and tasty. For lunch entrees, we tried the maine lobster sandwich, open faced crab sandwiches and the beet salad with salmon topping (huge generous servings). All were very enjoyable. My Maine lobster sandwich was so large, I enjoyed again for dinner. Staff was so kind to bring my sister a brownie with lit candle to celebrate 🎉 her birthday 🥳. All in All … this is a Wonderful Spot that will continue to top our favorites list in downtown Sonoma.

This is an amazing restaurant, not to be missed, if are staying in the Sonoma area!We dine here, on an annual basis, when we travel from Colorado! We look forward to being there and we have never been disappointed! Last evening was no exception! From the host, to the waitress, to the delicious food, everything was beyond perfect! You will have a memorable evening for sure!

We felt like we were on vacation in Italy! The beet salad was delicious! The margarita pizza was so flavorful and the crust was perfect! The chicken was cooked to perfection and also had wonderful flavor, the vegetables were seasoned to perfection! Delicious all round. There’s a vast wine list but this evening we chose their Montepulciano by the glass and it paired very well with the food. I highly recommend this restaurant. It has its own parking lot and is very close to Sonoma Square.
