Such a lovely place! Great food, sufficient variety, a kitchen that favors whole foods and local ingredients. and kind people.

First and foremost ... extra special shout out to our wonderful server, Sharon. Saturday was our third time at Insalata's since we discovered this fabulous and delectable restaurant. We came with different couples on our first two visits but this trip was just the two of us for my husband's bday. I didn't mention anything about the special-ness of this day as he's an understated fellow but boy were the cocktails and dishes perfect for a celebratory dinner! The eggplant fries are delic (ordered all three trips!) and we LOVED the beat salad. Could not have been more perfectly prepared. We also ordered the very unique lamb burger with zoug spiced fries (YUMS!) as well as the ricotta gnocchi which was a decadent treat with excellent Fall flavors (the butternut vodka sauce and brown butter pinenuts - MUAH!). We were embarrassed at how little we had left to bring home (normally we are half at the restaurant, half for leftovers people). This is the second time we were lucky enough to be under Sharon/s per view and, just like our first visit, she was lovely, kind, attentive and a true delight. Thank you, Sharon!! Hope to be back soon!

The dinner was lovely and the servers were very attentive. Wine list is perfect, mostly Spanish and French options with some American picks incorporated. Dishes my party had were the 3 option charcuterie, french onion soup, and moules marinières. Would definitely go back to try their brunch menu as well! Thank you for a great night!

Our waitress was outstanding and the food quality superb. It was noisy, but understandably the night before Thanksgiving.

It was a perfect rainy night to go out to dinner. It was relaxing and we had an enjoyable meal.
