Restaurants near Taos Weather Station

We ordered 3 meals. One, the Bison Short rib, was very tasty and tender. The other two fell short. One of us ordered the beet and goat cheese salad topped with salmon. Very tiny little pieces of beets and goat cheese - essentially, it was a kale salad. The salmon was overly salty. Of course, our waiter made it right and brought out a fresh piece of salmon, which was more to my friend’s liking. I ordered the trout with green chile crema. It was quite dry, and I requested some butter or more crema to add some much needed moisture to the fish. The cocktails were well made and enjoyable, and the service was fine, but I was a bit disappointed with our meal overall.

Everything was great thank you for your hospitality. And the dessert. For our anniversary. Emma our server was great .

One of the nicest meals we have had in recent memory -- lovely food, and friendly staff. All our dishes were memorable (in a positive way!)

Dinner and service were fabulous. Put this place on your “to do” list in Taos.

We were greeted warmly and given the perfect patio table. Tina was our server and she was fabulous! We had a mixture of dishes - quiche, salad Nicoise, trout served over a chili relleno, and huevos rancheros. Every dish was marvelous! We love The Terrace!
