We had the best experience here. Our waitress Eva was amazing. She made the whole night. She was outgoing and had great meal suggestions. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. A must go to if you are in the area.

Ordered off the bar menu with limited choices but very reasonable prices. In general the food was very good with my wife's burger being the only exception. Fortunately the size of the burger was huge because about 15% on one edge was so over cooked it couldn't be cut with a knife and was uneatable. Since she had enough with the rest she didn't complain. She had order the burger cooked medium, 85% was correct.

This was our first time dining at Scalo. The food was outstanding - Gnocchi in a Truffle sauce, Branzino Puttanesca, and Burrata with cherry tomatoes and arugula to start. Affogato for dessert. We've eaten in Italy and the quality of Scalo's food was on a par with that. The service was excellent, and the chef - apparently quite new - came to our table to politely ask how we liked our food. For fine dining in Albuquerque - for which there are no too many choices - Scalo is definitely on that list. We'd return happily.
