Fresca is a chef-driven company. While our passion is food, we recognize an obligation to be ethical citizens of our community. From minimizing our carbon footprint through recycling and composting to donating our food surplus to a local food partner, Fresca seeks to satiate both the palate and the soul.Fresca is the collaboration of two chefs with over 40 years of experience in the culinary field. While the calendar tells us there are only four seasons in the year, the harvest says differently. From fresh pea shoots and ramps in the early spring to the crispness of a ripe quince in late October, our menus will change to feature fruits and vegetables during their true growing season. Wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, freshly roasted and smoked meats, and whimsical desserts complete the menus.

    The food, service and view were all great. It’s a cool country club/golf course restaurant. Not burgers and beers. Casual. The lake and the mountain are a great backdrop. A bunch of tables on a great deck but only two had umbrellas for shade. We ate inside.

    We went for the Lobster Fest menu. Got the combo meal ( lobster, salmon and shrimp) and shared it together with additional side salad and broccoli sides. It was delicious and more than enough for my wife and I. We even took some broccoli and biscuits back home to eat later. I certainly enjoyed it and recommend you try the Lobster Fest before it goes away. Several other lobster menu options are available. Thank you Red Lobster.

    The service was perfect. The food was very good. There a couple of dishes advertised on the online menu that we didn’t have— Cajun shrimp and a catfish dish. What we had was pricey, but really good for a special occasion.
