Location needs no explanation…the views are fab! Service was surprisingly attentive and friendly yet still casual. The food had good flavor, although a couple of items came out lukewarm even though it didn’t take long to receive them after ordering. Recommend all around and would return.

Alexia was our server tonight and she was amazing! My husband and I had never been to melting pot so we took all of her suggestions which were perfect. We chose the Wisconsin cheddar fondue and it was great. For our main, we did the big night out meal and chose the coq au vin cooking method and it was delicious. I had the strawberry almond salad and my husband had the house salad and both were excellent. For dessert we chose the original chocolate fondue and it was the perfect ending. The food was great and her service made it a great night too. And it was nice she is a fellow crime junkie who was excited about us going to the show after dinner. Excellent date night!

We were there to show our support for Latocha Scott. She is a truly lovely person, both inside and out. Her family is also very sweet and kind. Latocha deserves to be recognized for her significant contributions to the music industry and the R&B genre. My family adores her! The restaurant was delightful, and the customer service was excellent. We look forward to returning.
