Reservation was at 4 and there was to be a switch of servers. Took order. No margarita was delivered with the other orders and had to remind waitress twice about the order. Everyone ordered another round of drinks and again no margarita. Never received it and cancelled the second margarita and got the bill. It appeared that the waitress was covering several tables so it was not her fault. More waitresses needed. Cheese in the pretzel appetizer was cold and tasteless. All other food ordered was delicious!

Me and my girlfriend went here for our anniversary, amazing food and amazing staff. Chris was super kind and helpful with the menu, if you’re trying to go have a fun special night this restaurant won’t disappoint.

Our chef was great! We love to visit Benihana for celebrations so my children have seen the “show” many times and our chef knowing this wasn’t our first time gave my kids the flaming onion volcano which is always awesome and cooked our protein (shrimp, steak, scallops) to perfection. Thank you Chef Mike!

The only negative consistently with my breakfasts every month has been the hard melons in the fruit cup. I prefer fruit with my meal instead of potatoes and am always disappointed so that I’ve decided not to order it anymore from kachina.
