This is a wonderful location, and wonderful experience and, if I can single out one person from the wonderful experience, Nazareth was MOST AMAZING! From arrival to our later leaving he while juggling many others and many tasks continued to make sure that every table including ours was not only happy but all that with a smile and the most personable! Out of the many wonderful aspects of the restaurant and many great experiences at one lunch, including the initial greeter/hostess who was also a terrific representative, Nazareth was the bomb! thank you over and over for this wonderful time!

Ok this was such a wonderful surprise. We decided (after a quick shopping spree) to grab a bite at Terra which is located inside Century City shopping center in Eataly. Since we hadn’t had breakfast we opted for brunch. I booked a quick reservation and after going up and down multiple flights of stairs, we found ourselves on a beautiful patio overlooking Century City. Ok enough about the ambiance, let’s talk food. We ordered the Eggs Benedict, pasta carbonara. The Benedict came on a bed of sautéed spinach and was served with some sort of pancetta or prosciutto that was crispy on a split croissant. The eggs were perfectly cooked, nice and runny with a hollandaise that was lemony, rich and wonderful. The spinach was a flavorful way to break up the richness of the egg and hollandaise. The carbonara was perfectly made with egg, cheese and bacon; rich and delicious. I’d say the dessert was really amazing. Tiramisu in a word was pure decadence. It came inside a see through film. When they removed the film, it just oozed on the plate. Lastly hazelnut is probably my favorite dessert item. This Terra looked like a big round truffle but when you cut into it, this hazelnut cream filling oozed out. Then there was a cookie crumble along with these crunchy hazelnut cookies and pistachios. It was divine. Last but certainly not least, great service made for a truly enjoyable experience. We will definitely return!

Delightful find on Westwood Blvd, a few blocks north of West Pico Blvd but with quiet residential streets either side -- which makes this a real neighborhood place, as I noticed staff and manager chatting with regulars. I had a delicious dish of sand dabs (very Californian small fishes, a bit like sole). The helpful and friendly waiter said I could substitute a simple spaghetti with olive oil and garlic for the potatoes, and sauteed spinach for the roasted veg, and leave out the capers in the lemon-butter sauce... A customized dish that suited the mild spring evening perfectly. The house Chardonnay was perfect accompaniment. If I lived in LA, I'd make myself a regular, too!

Neighborhood gem. What a find. Replaced Louise’s. Authentic northern Italian with inventive additions. Side of Brussel sprouts delicious. Family owned. Owner and chef Lucio on site. Very welcoming. Service extremely attentive. For those who miss Louise’s, they have a back door take out of Louise’s favorites available from a different kitchen.
