Koshō Restaurant at The Barlow is a modern Japanese and sushi restaurant in Sebastopol with a progressive focus on food, local ingredients, and sustainability. Koshō derives its moniker from the condiment of the same name, Yuzu Koshō. Our chef, Jake Rand, has traveled to many of the famous markets in Japan and has a vast knowledge of selecting top ingredients and the freshest fish and has over 20 years of experience preparing them.

    My husband and I had a wonderful meal at Campanella. Starters, salads and the main course. My husband said the Chicken Cacciatore was one of the best he ever had. My Chicken Parm was also excellent. We will be back. They’re open for lunch so we will be taking advantage of this also :-)

    Wow! Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend. We enjoyed siting at the kitchen bar top and watching each amazing dish be prepared with care. For the two of us, we chose two shared plates (heirloom carrots and the gem salad with strawberries and feta) and a one large dish (hangar steak). We enjoyed every bite.
