Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973.     1st we were late to our reservations, I called notifying the restaurant that we’re going to be late they said they’ll make a note of it. When we arrived 1 hr late they still seated us w/ no wait. Server was fast in taking our orders, quality of food & alcohol was on point, loved the ambience & decor, I would definitely come back & recommend this place to anyone coming to Palm Springs.

    We had a delightful dinner here tucked in a quiet corner (as requested). Our server, Angel, took wonderful care of us. I loved the bolognese pasta. Perfect. The menu is full of variety including fish dishes, octopus, lamb etc. The ambience is warm and modern.

    Delightful venue with superb service. Nice fresh twist on Eastern European culinary staples, and many seafood offerings too. We enjoyed the excellent beef stroganoff and fantastic Budapest Schnitzel. The schnitzel was as good or better than what we had in Budapest and Vienna. We will definitely return.
