Oysters in half shell were excellent as was the seafood entrees we chose. Natalia did an excellent job all evening as our server. We always visit here when in Palm Springs.More infoEddie V's - Palm DesertPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Palm Desert•4.8

- LLeilaniSan Diego •9 reviews4.0Dined on Jun 4, 2025Four of us went to lunch at Blue Ember during Restaurant Week. The staff was very pleasant and seated us immediately. I ordered the chicken sandwich from the special menu. It also came with a fried cauliflower appetizer and a panna cotta dessert. The appetizer and dessert were delicious. We four shared the two courses. The chicken sandwich was very dry and I could not eat it. The waiter noticed my hesitancy and asked if there was a problem. I told him it was dry (I was going to take it home and doctor it up), but since he asked if I wanted anything else on the menu, I decided to try the other option on the restaurant week menu which happened to be a pasta dish. He asked the chef to add a piece of chicken breast. It was so much better. The waiter was very accommodating and made me feel important. He wanted me to have a good experience. I truly appreciate that in a restaurant. I will return.More infobluEmber at Rancho Las Palmas Resort & SpaPrice: Expensive• Californian• Rancho Mirage•4.3
- OTOpenTable DinerChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 23, 2023For years we have gone to the JW Marriott but the experience at the Omni was a 1000% better. We were not rushed. Previously at the Marriott it was always chaos and over-crowded. The Omni had an amazing kids section which kept our nephew busy and fed while we could enjoy our meal. The food selection was fantastic and the staff was so kind and excited we were there. A+ for Thanksgiving Dinner.More infoHoliday Dining & Events at Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and SpaPrice: Very Expensive• American• Rancho Mirage•4.2
