POM is Fantasy Springs Resort Casino's answer to casino cafes. POM features breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere that's light, airy and modern. Reviewers on Yelp.com give POM 4&1/2 stars out of 5 and for good reason. The food here is of top quality. Chef Freddy Rieger even gets herbs used for cooking and garnish from the garden just outside the restaurant's French doors. The food is inventive yet hearty and the service is friendly and attentive. Italica is a unique, intimate hidden bar/restaurant with outstanding Italian cuisine. Our dishes are served tapas style and are meant to be combined and shared with others in your party. We have several dishes on our menu that don't include any meat or dairy.If you haven't been to Italica before, you won't find any signage, so you'll enter through the big shiny silver door to the right of Indio Taphouse. Due to our limited table seating, reservations are typically required for dinner service.     We had another amazing dinner experience last night. From the cocktails made by Eddie at the Bar to start the evening to exceptional service by Maria. Food was fantastic, the Scallops special suggested by Maria was incredible. The entire staff makes you feel so welcomed. It was our anniversary and we were thrilled to have a visit by Chef Freddy.

    What a pleasant dining experience! From our greeting upon arrival, to being seated at reserved bar seating, until our requested table was available to the “choices” on the menu, wow! Family style creations available to share or just enjoy it to yourself, there truly is something for everyone! Prices very reasonable in comparing to other restaurants like in Palm Springs, the NEW Indio is off to a grand reimagining, starting with the fine dining experience at Italica. Offering a lighter selection of music, volume wise played is an option!

    My first time there. Loved the atmosphere! The service was great also. I had the 1/2 portion salmon, which was priced well and I was happy to see it offered. The Caesar salad was outstanding. I also ordered the pear martini. WOW. THE BEST.
