- SSusieVIPPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •270 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoSpectacular dinner! We arrived a touch early for our reservation and stopped at the bar for a bottle of champagne. Service was a little slow but friendly. When we went to our table, we were delighted with a spot right on the glass so we could take in the beautiful ocean view. We started with shrimp cocktail, flautas, and calamari. All three were incredible, and the homemade tortillas were next level delicious. For dinner we shared the enchiladas suizas And the chicken mole. The mole sauce had a really great blend of flavors, but the enchiladas were out of this world. Our server was darling. She was friendly and fun and offered great recommendations. All around an A+ evening.More infoVentana GrillPrice: Moderate• Latin American• Pismo Beach•4.7
- BBarbaraPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •19 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFrom the moment I entered this beautiful location, I was treated with the utmost friendliness, respect and professionalism. Each and every person (Lucy, Hailey, Sam and Conchita) had genuine, shining smiles and a passion for pleasing the clientele. The food...where do I start! Beyond amazing in my opinion. Every bite was prepared to perfection and was beautifully presented. I had the sablefish, freshly caught in nearby Morro Bay, which was delicate, flaky and thoroughly satisfying. It sat on a frothed butter dashi and a soft turnip puree and spinach, and topped with slightly charred and tender mitaki mushrooms as well as very thinly sliced radish. The accompanying rice had a dab of scallions and a light garlicky sauce. The Campion pinot noir was a perfect complement. I also had the lemon cheesecake with blueberry compote and meringue "stars" .... so delicious and rich but not overly so. I must add that Hailey, my wait person, was exceptionally wonderful and knowledgeable, and showed so much passion for the menu, preparation and quality. Lucy, the hostess, was a ray of sunshine and welcome from the onset, and gave me an amazing ocean view table. I can't properly express what a superior experience I had, and the outstandingly stunning location. Thank you to everyone for a delightful evening!!More infoOyster LoftPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Pismo Beach•4.7
