Restaurants near National Gallery of Art

Again, Zaytinya was the peak experience we have come to look forward to. We were greeted warmly and shown to a lively table outdoors. We ordered too many small plates but we finished everything because we couldn’t stop. Hommus, labneh, grape leaves, fatoush, beet salad, tabouleh … all exceptional. Lovely cocktails completed the experience. The staff is superlative. Always attending to our every need. Loved every minute.

We had a fantastic business lunch. Our server had a really good sense of when to stop by and ask us if we want to order drinks... when we want to order our dishes, etc. It is quite a gift. You don't want to feel like you're interrupting an important conversation. But you also don't want your guests sitting there asking - when is this guy going to take our order?!?! It was a perfect lunch at the best restaurant in Washington. Thanks to all who made it very special!

Had a delicious meal (again!) at OEG, where great service, great food and great classic ambience intersect.

Very good, weight staff struggled a little though

This is the best Mexican food I have had on the East Coast - actually, this is the best Mexican food I have ever had. Always come to Oyamel when in DC!
