Early Sunday morning reservation at 9:15 am. Wonderful weather to sit on the patio. Greeted immediately by a waitress to make sure we’ve been taken care of and took our drink order and appetizer. Our actual Waitress came by and let us know what the specials were and double checked to make sure that we had gotten our primary order correct. When the appetizer and drinks hit the table, she came by to get our orders. We tried to get an additional side of potatoes, but somehow the sides we got for both of our dishes and an additional side or the potatoes. LOL as good as I enjoyed the potatoes that was just too much. Then the small additional side of potatoes for $15 seemed a bit excessive when my whole main plate was $22 and came with a side of potato’s. It’s happens… and overall we had a wonderful time.

Rarely is the food so consistently great at a restaurant that has been open for so many years. Congrats on maintaining the same quality as day one you opened. The menu is relatively small and manageable, and you can’t go wrong with anything. It’s also nice that you can choose from the amazing fried chicken by the piece and the many side dishes to make a family style meal for a group. We tried the charred tomatoes, which I suspect get overlooked a lot: amazing!!! I also recommend trying their specialty drinks. They are very well balanced. The staff is very friendly, well trained and knowledgeable. The only drawback is the noise level when there is live music. It’s difficult to talk over the noise.

I had a really great time. The food offers nice portions with really good flavors of seasonings. The ambience is upscale offering a lounge vibe. The music is great and energetic and the drinks are popping! You’ll like it. You should go.

Loved my experience here. Only thing is although I had a reservation.. and I arrived 30 mins early on a Saturday , I had to pay to get inside the restaurant because of an event that was going on. Allegedly since I made reservations same day, the reservation doesn’t show in their system .. the guy at the door said “the best he could do was charge 20 instead of 30 per head” since we had a reservation. But other than that had a great experience
