- GGregoryDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe held our wedding rehearsal dinner here back in 2000…fast forward 25 years, and we feel privileged to say that this place is as spectacular as ever! They acknowledged our anniversary with a nice, simple card, and the staff went out of their way (especially our server!) Several came over to wish us well, or advise on a wine or food. Every detail was taken care of promptly and professionally. It still feels surprisingly local and friendly, at least to us. Their success could easily make that not the case, but we certainly loved their welcoming hospitality. The food was terrific. I really, really loved the hamachi appetizer, and my wife and I are excited to see if we can approach making something similar. The lamb chops my wife had were slightly better than the bevette steak I had. Both were spectacular, all the way to the sauces, veggies, and we both enjoyed the various regional flavors that emoted to us. NB: they do lean a bit to the rare side, and our server told us, and helped me dial in my preference. I prefer at fine dining places like this to be medium rare, as most places at this caliber can be very precise. I found their placement to be on the rarer side of this, which they classified as medium. So if you order the steak, do explore that with your server. 10/10 highly recommend!!More infoInsalata'sPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• San Anselmo•4.7

Spaghetti with shrimp was delicious -- Chef Valenti finds the best jumbo shrimps. Sea bass was superb. We had panna cotta for dessert and took home a tiramisu for the next day. Superb service by Cristiano and team. It doesn't get any better!More infoValenti & Co. RistorantePrice: Expensive• Italian• San Anselmo•4.9
