My family and I had a wonderful experience at Gyu-Kaku. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our server, Sara, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and playfully engaging, which really enhanced our evening. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff took the time to explain each item as it arrived at the table, including detailed cooking instructions for the grill, which made it easy and fun for all of us. The service was top-notch, and the attention to detail truly stood out. We left full, happy, and looking forward to our next visit!

Shannon, Desi, the male bartender and Skye were fantastic and so attentive. Food was great, especially the burrata salad and filet. Awesome spring drink menu. We live in Cruces, so we’ll definitely be back.
