Truly outstanding. Probably the most elegant restaurant in Denver. Service was very good, but could be slightly improved. Classy restaurants like this shouldn't serve straws with drinks. Food was very good. Only real complaint was the atmosphere. It was too dark to admire the decor.
We enjoyed the whole experience. The piano music is an exceptional addition that we always love. The food was delicious and served tastefully. Nice that we could have seconds on the sandwiches. Wait staff were thoughtful and efficient.
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Brown Palace and ate breakfast at Ellyngton’s. I had The smoked salmon on toast with avocado cream cheese. It was incredible! It was a good portion size for me—and I’m a 200lb man.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was good. Drink choices were minimal and service was lacking. She was definitely new as she couldn't answer questions without leaving table to ask others and we had to ask multiple times for same thing. Would try again to see how it goes then.
