It was such a treat. The food was unusual , fresh and delicious! We opted to order appetizers and dessert. We also had the craft cocktail. The Pineapple Jalapeño margarita was just ok. As was the Peach Crisp dessert but the Plum Ricotta appetizer was so full of flavor, the squash and bean dip with toast so delicious and the Elote pancake bursting with flavor. Would definitely return. The night was cool and we sat outside by the river which was so beautiful but colder than we expected. Be prepared with a jacket. Overall, it was a real treat.

We dined at The Yellow Carrot for the first time after seeing the dishes online, and it was a remarkable culinary experience. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully plated and expertly prepared. The impeccable service added to the enjoyment, and every dish exceeded our expectations. I look forward to returning on our next trip to Colorado. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Well done to the chef!

Seven Rivers is inside a casino. However, the decor is very nice. The service is very good. Atmosphere is pleasant. Not noisy. We ordered the filet steak with cheese potatoes. Very good as usual. Last time I ordered the sea bass special which was excellent. They didn't have a fish special this time so I ordered the shrimp stuffed with crabmeat. I was really wanting to like this dish however the shrimp were way overcooked and tough. The crabmeat had big chunks of crab which were very good. The rest of the stuffing was a crabmeat/stuffing mixture which was just ok. Wine list has some good choices. Give it a try and I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Food, drinks & wine were great. Overall we loved the restaurant. Our server was excellent but he was really stretched. He had tables inside & outside so he was really busy but did a very good job. If we had to remind him of anything he immediately apologized and took care of the request immediately. We sat on the patio and it’s right next to the train depot tracks and the train whistle is extremely loud and it blew with every departure & arrival coming into the station but luckily by 7-7:30 the trains stopped for the night.

Great choices on the menu and did not dissapoint! Great service.
