Musso and Frank Grill is an iconic dining experience that transports you back to Hollywood's golden age. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by an ambiance that exudes old-world charm, with its classic decor and attentive staff making you feel like a star. The menu is a delightful blend of timeless dishes, with the steak and martinis being particularly noteworthy. However, despite the overall excellence, one aspect that detracts from the experience is the lack of a dress code. For a place with such a rich history and elegant atmosphere, it’s disconcerting to see diners (mostly tourists do this) dressed too casually. Implementing a dress code would enhance the sophisticated environment and ensure that every guest feels like they're part of a special occasion. Overall, Musso and Frank Grill is a must-visit for anyone wanting to savor a piece of Hollywood history, but a dress code would elevate the dining experience even further. And of course, the food and service is chef’s kiss excellent. And they go the distance for birthdays. Pretty sweet!
