Our server was excellent. The music was amazing, Gennie Frances. The only thing they should change is the hostess she was rude and very disrespectful. Food was amazing.

Love the Gambling Cowboy we bring our clients here for dinner meetings. The hostesses, bartenders and servers are awesome. Food recommendations appetizers ahi tuna or calamari. Dinner pecan crusted Chilean sea bass, prime rib, ribeye and the lobster mac n cheese. Filet mignon stroganoff is delicious as well.

This is not our first time enjoying the hard work and skill displayed by Chef Hany Ali and his staff. I have yet to taste a dish that was less than great at Bolero. Standouts include appetizers like their carrots, meatballs, sliders among others. Their main coarse delights include an outstanding octopus dish and a shareable Paella dish that will not disappoint. I’ve stayed away from their steak options to date because steak can sometimes be cliche at a fine dining restaurant…but the Tomahawk steak has been calling my name for quite some time! Come, pick. And choose any dish…I am certain you won’t regret it. I haven’t! BTW the service has been nothing short of FIRST CLASS! Wines are fantastic! Drinks and bartenders have been great…ask for a Carajillo, or Old Fashioned…the Pear-a-tini is also great!

Awesome food as always. Ambiance is excellent. The only downside to this restaurant is the price. It is expensive. The average person or someone on a budget cannot afford to eat here.
