Be sure to secure a reservation ASAP, because they fill up fast. We had a special birthday dinner & started with strawberry lemonade, along with house baked focaccia with olive tapanade & whipped ricotta. It was delicious. My spouse ordered the Skuna Bay salmon with bamboo rice, green curry, & pickled veggies. A pescatarian, he said that it was one of the best meals he has had ever had. I ordered the turkey burger with fresh fruit. It was huge & flavorful with a fresh challah bun. I opted for fresh fruit & raspberry sorbet for dessert. It was to die for! Lara, our waitress/bartender, surprised us with a special birthday dessert, a honey dessert board with a little birthday cake. One thing about the Gaylord Rockies Hotel is that everything we ate there was top notch, including this restaurant.

Amazing service, excellent food. Marrow toast and beef tongue was awesome. Orecchiette, and pork main was delicious as well

Overall, this is a location in which I will revisit. The amount of food received vs the amount paid is a little overpriced. Food was served hot off the stove. We'll appreciated and quick. Received 6 chunks of chicken with plenty of sauce, 1 10" round naan (cut in half) for an additional cost (plain $5, cheese or more $6). Customer service was average, seen the employees clean more tables that tend to the seated guest.
